Indiana Code § 10-14-3.5-10

Sec. 10. (a) As used in this chapter, "license" means authorization by a state to engage in health or veterinary services that are unlawful without the authorization.       (b) The term includes authorization under Indiana law to an individual to provide health or veterinary services based upon a national certification issued by a public or private entity.
