(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.25) Sec. 25-7-103.25. Quick-take; Greater Rockford Airport Authority. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 1 year after June 19, 1991, by the Greater Rockford Airport Authority for airport expansion purposes.
