(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.24) Sec. 25-7-103.24. Quick-take; Morris Municipal Airport. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 1 year after December 12, 1990, by the City of Morris for the development of the Morris Municipal Airport.
