(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.20) Sec. 25-7-103.20. Quick-take; Salt Creek. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used by any unit of local government for a permanent easement for the purpose of maintaining, dredging or cleaning the Salt Creek in DuPage County.
