(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.19) Sec. 25-7-103.19. Quick-take; Little Calumet River. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used by any unit of local government for a permanent easement for the purpose of maintaining, dredging or cleaning the Little Calumet River.
