Except where the context indicates otherwise, in any rule, contract, or other document a reference to a crippled person or a similar reference shall be considered a reference to a person with a physical disability and a reference to the term "crippling" shall be considered a reference to the term "physical disability" or "physically disabling", as appropriate, when referring to a person. The use of either "crippled" or "physically disabled", or "crippling" or "physical disability" shall not invalidate any rule, contract, or other document.
