(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 25. Sexually Transmitted Infection Control Act. No licensee under this Act may be disciplined for providing expedited partner therapy in accordance with the provisions of the Illinois Sexually Transmitted Infection Control Act.
