(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 24. Pending actions. All disciplinary actions taken or pending pursuant to the Physician's Assistants Practice Act, approved September 11, 1975, as amended, shall, for the actions taken, remain in effect, and for the actions pending, shall be continued, on the effective date of this Act without having separate actions.
