(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 140. Restoration of suspended or revoked license. At any time after the suspension or revocation of any license, the Department may restore the license to the accused person upon the written recommendation of the Board unless, after an investigation and a hearing, the Board determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
