(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 135. Order or certified copy. An order or a certified copy of an order, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof: (1) that the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (2) that the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (3) that the Board and its members are qualified to act. the Secretary; qualified; and act.
