(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 170. Fees. (a) Fees collected for the administration of this Act shall be set by the Department by rule. All fees are nonrefundable. (b) All moneys collected under this Act by the Department shall be deposited in the General Professions Dedicated Fund.
