(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 165. Violation. Any person who is found to have knowingly violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
