(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 55. Restoration of expired license. A home medical equipment and services provider whose license has expired may have the license restored by making application to the Department, by paying the required fees, and by filing proof acceptable to the Department of fitness to have the license restored as established by rule.
