(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 50. License expiration; renewal. The expiration date, renewal period, renewal fees, and procedures for renewal of licenses issued under this Act shall be set by rule of the Department. An entity may renew its license by paying the required fee and by meeting the renewal requirements adopted by the Department under this Section.
