(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 1-1. Short title; Act supersedes Real Estate License Act of 1983. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Real Estate License Act of 2000, and it shall supersede the Real Estate License Act of 1983 repealed by this Act.
