Sec. 9.3. 
Sharing of information. 
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, for the purpose of carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Board and the Department under this Act and to effectuate the purpose of this Act, both the Board and the Department are authorized and directed to share information with each other regarding those individuals and entities licensed or certified or applying for licensure or certification under this Act.
