(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 165. Home rule. The regulation and licensing of community association managers and community association management firms are exclusive powers and functions of the State. A home rule unit may not regulate or license community association managers or community association management firms. This Section is a denial and limitation of home rule powers and functions under subsection (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.
