(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 162. No private right of action. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Act, nothing in this Act shall be construed to grant to any person a private right of action to enforce the provisions of this Act or the rules adopted under this Act.
