(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 55. Prior registrations under the Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989. A person who was actively registered under the Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989 and had renewed his or her registration before January 1, 2020, may have his or her registration restored without fee upon the effective date of the rules adopted under this Act.
