(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 125. Rehearing on order of Secretary. Whenever the Secretary is not satisfied that substantial justice has been achieved in the discipline of a registrant, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or another hearing officer.
