(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 37. Surrender of license. Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license or licenses to the Department and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license.
