(was 20 ILCS 2705/49.08a) Sec. 2705-115. Roads and bridges; transfer from Department of Public Works and Buildings. The Department has the power to exercise, administer, and enforce all rights, powers, and duties vested in the Department of Public Works and Buildings by the Illinois Highway Code and any other law relating to roads, streets, and bridges and toll highways.
