(was 20 ILCS 2705/49.07a) Sec. 2705-110. Motor vehicles; transfer from Department of Public Works and Buildings. The Department has the power to exercise, administer, and enforce all rights, powers, and duties vested in the Department of Public Works and Buildings by the Illinois Vehicle Code.
