Idaho Code § 67-2618

Attorney general to advise and represent.

The attorney general of the state of Idaho shall represent the bureau of occupational licenses and shall give opinions on all questions of law arising out of the administration of the laws which it shall administer, and to act for, and in behalf of, the bureau in all actions brought for or against it under the provisions of this chapter, or as otherwise provided by law.
