As defined in Article II of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children contained in Code Section 39-4A-7 , the term "public child placing agency" means, with reference to this state, the Department of Human Services. Added by 2024 Ga. Laws 425,§ 1, eff. upon enactment of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children into law by the thirty-fifth state.
