Georgia Code § 39-4-10

[For Repeal, See Note] Satisfaction of requirements for visitation, inspection, or supervision of children, homes, institutions, or other agencies

Any requirements for visitation, inspection, or supervision of children, homes, institutions, or other agencies in another party state which may apply under Code Section 49-5-12 shall be deemed to be met if performed pursuant to an agreement entered into by appropriate officers or agencies of this state or a subdivision thereof as contemplated by paragraph (b) of Article V of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children. Repealed by 2024 Ga. Laws 425,§ 2, eff. upon enactment of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children into law by the thirty-fifth state.
