Florida Code § 285.04

Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund authorized to exchange state lands for United States lands

To provide more adequately for the needs of the Seminole Indians in Florida, and for cooperating with the United States therein, the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund may, in its discretion, exchange state lands with the United States for lands owned by the United States.
