Grant of Florida lands to Seminole Indians

(1)(a) A grant is made, for use of the Seminole Indians of Florida, of a tract of land situated in Broward County, described as follows: (b) Beginning 330 feet west of the northeast corner of lot fourteen, of section thirty-six, township fifty south, range forty-one east; thence west 495 feet; thence south 1,320 feet, thence east 495 feet, thence north 1,320 feet to point of beginning, being 15 acres, more or less. (2) The said described lands shall become a part of the Seminole Indian Reservation, reserved by Act of Legislature, 1931, to use of the Seminole Indians of Florida. (3) If, at any time, said lands should be abandoned or not used for the purpose for which granted, such lands would revert to the State of Florida.
