Within 120 days of October 1, 2013, the Auditor shall conduct an assessment of the impact of reductions in assistance pursuant to this chapter on families and their children and issue a human impact statement, which shall include: The number of families affected; The number of children affected in the following age categories; Infant — 3 years old; 4-9 years old; 10-13 years old; and 14-18 years old; A sample of at least 100 families, including a consideration of the children regarding: Changes in school performance; Changes in after-school performance; Changes in health status; and New interactions with Child and Family Services Agency, Department of Human Services, Court Social Services, or Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services; and The number of service providers providing training programs based on specific performance-based measures, including: A description of programs being offered; and The enrollment figures in each program.
