(a) The fees of the Clerk of the Peace for Kent County shall be established by ordinance of the governing body of Kent County. (b) This section shall not apply to the Clerk of the Peace of New Castle County. (c) The fees of the Clerk of the Peace for Sussex County shall be as established by ordinance.
