Destruction of county papers

The clerk of the peace shall, on and after the expiration of 5 years from their date, destroy poll lists of elections, individual bills settled
and paid by the county, and such papers as may and do not become a matter of permanent record of the county or State in the office. The
destruction of the papers shall be under and by the supervision of the prothonotary and the register of wills of each county.
