Procedure or action not prescribed [For application of this section, see 85 Del. Laws, c. 253, § 23]

This subchapter governs the practice of physician associates. If a procedure or action is not specifically prescribed in this subchapter, but
is prescribed in the subchapters relating to the practice of medicine, and the procedure or action would be useful or necessary for the
regulation of physician associates, the Board or Council may, in its discretion, proceed in a manner prescribed for physicians in the practice
of medicine.
