Delaware Code § 24-1774B

Prohibited acts; penalties; enforcement [For application of this section, see 85 Del. Laws, c. 253, §

(a) A person may not practice as a physician associate, physician assistant, or PA in this State or represent that the person is a physician
associate, physician assistant, or PA or knowingly allow oneself to be represented as a physician associate, physician assistant, or PA
unless the person is licensed under this subchapter, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
(b) A person who, contrary to the provisions of this subchapter, practices or attempts to practice as a physician associate, physician
assistant, or PA within the State or represents that the person is a physician associate, physician assistant, or PA or knowingly allows
oneself to be represented as a physician associate, physician assistant, or PA shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $2,000 or
imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.
(c) The Attorney General of this State or a deputy attorney general shall enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
