Signs, displays and devices providing information for the traveling public; location

Signs, displays and devices giving specific information in the interest of the traveling public may be erected and maintained, pursuant to
agreement between the Department and the Secretary of Transportation of the United States, within the right-of-way of highways of the
interstate system, at appropriate distances from interchanges on such systems.
