Delaware Code § 13-2207

Enforcement by the Division of Child Support Services

The Division of Child Support Services is hereby authorized to initiate enforcement of any child or spousal support order issued by a
Court or administrative agency of this or any other state or jurisdiction that is being enforced pursuant to Title IV, Part D, of the Social
Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 651 et seq.). Said enforcement shall include, but not be limited to, income withholding initiated pursuant to § 513
of this title; administratively adding an amount to be paid toward arrears in addition to any current support amount ordered; demand letters;
initiation of contempt proceedings; use of state and federal income tax refund intercept programs; use of attachment, levy and garnishment;
use of a private collection agency or contractor; and any other civil remedy available for the enforcement of judgments or for the
enforcement of support orders.
