Designation of Title IV-D agency

The Division of Child Support Services is hereby established within the Department of Health and Social Services. Said Division shall
constitute the IV-D agency authorized under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 651 et seq.). In addition to the powers and
duties described in this chapter, the Division of Child Support Services shall have the power to perform and be responsible for the
performance of all duties and functions heretofore vested in the Division of Child Support Enforcement under § 7930 of Title 29 (repealed)
and the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement pursuant to Executive Order No. 76, dated June 30, 1975.
