Unlawfully concealing a will; class G felony

A person is guilty of unlawfully concealing a will when, with intent to defraud, the person conceals, secretes, suppresses, mutilates or
destroys a will, codicil or other testamentary instrument.
Unlawfully concealing a will is a class G felony.
