Counsel and physicians for indigent defendants

In all proceedings under
this article, upon motion of the defendant and proof that he is indigent and without funds to
employ physicians, psychologists, or attorneys to which he is entitled under this article, the court
shall appoint such physicians, psychologists, or attorneys for him at state expense.
