Printed statutes - reports of decisions

The printed statute books of the
United States and of the several states and territories, printed under the authority of such states
and territories, and the books of reports of decisions of the supreme courts of the United States
and of the several states and territories, published by authority of such courts, may be read as
evidence in all courts of this state of such acts and decisions.
