As used in this chapter, Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 14200), Chapter 8.5 (commencing with Section 14500), and Chapter 8.7 (commencing with Section 14520) of this part, the terms âDepartment of Health,â âState Department of Health,â âDepartment of Benefit Payments,â and âState Department of Benefit Paymentsâ shall be construed to refer to and mean the State Department of Health Services.
