As used in this chapter, Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 14200), Chapter 8.5 (commencing with Section 14500), and Chapter 8.7 (commencing with Section 14520) of this part, the terms âDirector of Healthâ and âDirector of Benefit Paymentsâ shall be construed to refer to and mean the State Director of Health Services.
