On or before December 31, 2011, the department, in consultation with county welfare departments and other stakeholders, shall develop a process to ensure that a provider of services under this article receives a list specifying the approved duties to be performed for each recipient under the providerâs care and a complete list of supportive service tasks available under the IHSS program.
