The County of Humboldt shall give assurances satisfactory to the Secretary of the Army that the local cooperation, required by the Act of Congress approved October 23, 1962 (Public Law 87-874, 76 Stat. 1173, Title II, the âFlood Control Act of 1962â), will be furnished by the county in connection with the project for flood protection adopted and authorized in Section 12728.
