The County of Humboldt shall give assurances satisfactory to the Secretary of the Army that the local co-operation, required by Section 201 of the Act of Congress approved July 3, 1958 (Public Law 85-500, 72 Stat. 297, Title II, the âFlood Control Act of 1958â), will be furnished by the county in connection with the project for flood protection adopted and authorized in Section 12713.
