(a) Board members shall not engage in personal attacks on MTA employees or attempt to discipline any employee. (b) Any concerns regarding an employeeâs performance shall be communicated to the chief executive officer. (c) Any concerns regarding the performance of an officer of the board shall be communicated to that officer. (d) This section does not limit the right of the board to evaluate board officers.
