(a) On and after February 1, 2005, the California Environmental Protection Agency and its boards, departments, and offices shall provide and produce reports and other documentation pursuant to the guidelines established in Section 71070. (b) On and after June 1, 2005, all state agencies not otherwise subject to subdivision (a) shall provide and produce reports and other documentation pursuant to the guidelines established in Section 71070.
