For purposes of this chapter, âNo Place Like Home projectâ means a permanent supportive housing project that meets the criteria for funding pursuant to the No Place Like Home Program (Part 3.9 (commencing with Section 5849.1) of Division 5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and for which a public agency applies for, or receives, funding from the Department of Housing and Community Development.
