In a case where a parolee had been ordered to undergo drug treatment as a condition of parole pursuant to Section 3063.1, any drug testing of the parolee shall be used as a treatment tool. In evaluating a paroleeâs treatment program, results of any drug testing shall be given no greater weight than any other aspects of the paroleeâs individual treatment program.
