The recorder shall keep two indices of mortgages, labeled respectively: âMortgagees of real propertyâ and âMortgagees of personal property,â with the pages thereof divided into three columns, headed respectively: âNames of mortgagees,â âNames of mortgagors,â and âWhere recorded.â
