The recorder shall keep two indices of mortgages, labeled respectively: âMortgagors of real propertyâ and âMortgagors of personal property,â with the pages thereof divided into three columns, headed respectively: âNames of mortgagors,â âNames of mortgagees,â and âWhere recorded.â
